Here's my point of view on this issue. The Christian religion are not so young-2000 years, even in a historical scale not so little. Christianity split into 3 large parts, and there is no hope for their merger, and many different sects and movements. This entire Genesis has a negative impact on the current state of Christianity. I would say that Karma would be difficult to return to the condition of purity and sincerity, which was in the early years of Christianity. Yes, probably no longer necessary. But there is now the sincerity and depth of-not a rabid obsession with some modern worshippers and church leaders, namely sound and sincere faith of the first centuries of Christianity, not otâgoŝënnyh tenets and symbols, and rooted in the heart, loving Christ. Now most believers either believe national or family tradition, or because of public orientation, either hoping to gain some benefit (I pray over you-and you're too big and small …) or just to inertia, well just like all the ... And this is natural.

Not going to judge my own observations-globally. Agreed, Christianity owes a worn, faith often becomes a tribute to fashion. Cynical saying " Not pokaeš′sâ not " Sin-justifies the most heinous misdeeds and even crimes.
Still, at this sad background one cannot fail to notice a trend: various Christian movements have ceased fighting among themselves (such as wild war between Catholics and Protestants, for example, remained in the distant past). Moreover, leaders of various Christian areas increasingly call for the reunification of the churches, and this is understandable: the Church of Christ was originally a single, and it is the people themselves divide it, tore to pieces. It's time to gather stones together in Christ Church.

My opinion is that Christianity seems to die Christians forget that they are Christians, being such a thing in the world that even think scary, people have become evil, greedy, jealous. The fact that Russia is now just a caricature of Christianity, my grandfathers were deeply religious people and I was brought up in this situation, but I was a kid and many did not understand, and now looking at what is happening and how the Government behaves towards the Church, people are hardened every ready to kill the Middle only because that is something more than it a man goes to church only when his desperate situation, people ask God to the punishing of a for the offended. I wonder why the Government, or church can apply to different sects based on the language of the Bible, Christianity, crosses, and so on. sects are building their temples with incomprehensible crosses, and there are icons like this? In my opinion, in Christianity, as in all other religions are true and false. False originally doomed to extinction, and true will always, because it forever. Christianity is irrelevant, and this is obvious. It will not talk about the worst scandals of the Catholic Church, but the Orthodox Church also in deep decline, though this is not in this form. And delusion are not clerics, or their actions. Many pastors of Churches still live on all Orthodox canons than show an example in the lives of ordinary believers. But every year they are fewer, and this, I expect, not their fault. Unfortunately, we have lived up to those times when society outweighed all those Christian values. Successful people today live in a completely different (sometimes opposite) principles, completely hiding it and promoting it to others, by issuing these guidelines the benefactor. Sad, but among such atheists take a worthy place in life, without violating the principles of the Bible, more difficult. And people deliberately refuse them, referring to the difficulties of survival in this time, the need to maintain the family's prosperity and stability, etc.
